The consultant will perform the following tasks/services in relation to the solution:
o Based on the high level design, create and document a detailed design using UML, ArchiMate and other modelling techniques;
o Identify different options for implementing functionality and propose most suitable option;
o Implement the design for software components inline with command Java coding standards and practices;
o Translate the non functional requirements (eg performance, reliability) into technical designs for meeting these requirements;
o Write unit tests and/or integration tests for software components;
o Create deployment packages (RPM) and scripts to deploy the software on Linux platform;
o Create puppet manifest and yaml configuration files to deploy the system.
Fix identified and assigned defects in close collaboration with the QA team;
o Perform troubleshooting on issues reported by system administrators;
Mandatory: working knowledge of English: minimum level B2
(checked at the interview)
Mandatory: 3 years of formal higher education [at least equivalent to a level of bachelor degree]
Mandatory: 8 years experience in Java
Mandatory: 6 years experience in JEE
Mandatory: 5 years experience using Spring Framework
Mandatory: 1 year experience using Continuous Integration Products (eg Jenking, Cruise Control, Team City)
Mandatory: 1 year experience using Linux (preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux)
Mandatory: 1 year experience using Oracle as RDBMS;
Mandatory: 1 year experience working on multi developer projects using collaboration tools like code repository, work item management
Mandatory: Knowledge of Maven
Mandatory: Knowledge of Spring Framework
Mandatory: Knowledge of installing and creating (RPM) packages on Linux
Mandatory: Knowledge of SQL
Mandatory: Knowledge of writing Shell Scripts for Linux
Desirable: Knowledge of continuous delivery methodology
Desirable: Knowledge of database refactoring and versioning techniques
Desirable: Knowledge of Continuous integration methodology
Desirable: Knowledge of JBoss Enterprise Application Platform or JBoss Application Server
