Senior Marketing Data Manager-Europe - (Contract-inside IR35)
The Senior Data Manager will report into the Head of Customer Data-Driven Marketing, and be responsible for Data Strategy & Execution - critical to the success of this role is an ability to drive and oversee delivery of the plans end to end. This role will work with the Campaign Managers in the team as a business partner to optimise their campaigns (Mobile, Consumer & Retention) and then work with the in-house Data Team (including Data Science resource) and external partners to execute. In doing so this role will help the Marketing team increase its capability to leverage internal and external data assets and build actionable insights from data.
The experience required is the following:
- Experience of Customer-Data Management role, within a CRM team or similar marketing function
- European and/or Global experience as a Data Manager
- Utilisation of diverse data sources (to include PII and Non-PII data) and implementation of data enrichment programs
- Evidence of experience working with the relevant team and leading the efforts on designing and implementing end-to-end machine learning algorithms to drive business objectives and create value
- An operational knowledge of GDPR and the imperatives/implications the business must consider when developing its operational data models
- Experience developing audience frameworks and reporting across the customer journey in multiple channels (Email, Push Notification, Mobile App, Website and Paid Social) utilising a suite of tools (including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, PowerBI/Qlik/Tableau)
- There will be travel across Europe
