Senior OCM Lead - Document Collaboration (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Leading the development of the OCM strategy, plan and key OCM deliverables for milestones in collaboration with the Solution, Component Owners and Project Manager
- Drive the change into the organization in partnership with functional and regional stakeholders by building a global stakeholder plan, change network and engagement concept across Pharma and Diagnostics in alignment with the overarching OCM plan
- Ensure adoption concepts and milestones are considered in project plan, deliverables and timelines
- Ensure that clear and compelling positioning of the document management solutions is clearly articulated and aligned with Solutions Owners in the Document Management space and communicated to internal stakeholders
- Develop compelling messaging and material to be used for the broader organizational alignment and engagement with internal stakeholders
- In collaboration with the Team Head of OCM, Learning and Adoption and the Project Manager, ensure governance standards are maintained across a broad stakeholder group
Your qualifications
- Strong OCM experience in developing plans preferably using the ADKAR methodology (change management model) with strong writing and message development skills
- Profound experience of working with collaboration tools such as Sharepoint or Google Drive (hands-on experience, not only knowledge of them)
- Excellent English speaking and outstanding written skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across functional teams and stakeholders in developing a common vision of success (former stakeholder experience in the last projects, ideally OCM projects)
- Willingness and ability to work across time zones with regular meetings, and broad cultural awareness and ability to work in a diverse team and organizational environment (working together with SSF and Shanghai)
- Ability to build relationships across a complex stakeholder landscape and effectively operate in a highly regulated technical environment
- Strong creativity skills with an ability to create compelling, simple messages, with very good presentation and communication skills
- Any OCM experience with Sharepoint and/or Google Drive
- Experience within the pharmaceutical industry
