My Banking Client is looking for a Senior Operations Manager from a Retail Banking background to lead an Operations team to deliver high value, high volume, business critical processes and maximise customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have full working knowledge of FSA compliance requirements, and ideally experience within Complaints as the role will be managing the Complaints processes.
Stakeholder Management is key and so a strong communicator is required who can articulate what is changing and why.
Experience in Customer Service leadership roles is essential.
In depth knowledge of Retail Operations strategy is also essential.
Financial Services experience is essential.
