Description
System Dynamics (part of Deloitte Ireland) has an urgent requirement for an Oracle OHMPI Consultant to join our client project team in Dublin city centre.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the technical delivery
- Develop required technical documents inclusive of functional requirements and other technical specifications
- Provide Project management support for the technical delivery plan including scoping, planning, and delivery of work-packages
- Document technical requirements for the design and development
- Support on scoping and planning for technical work within work-packages
- Provide on-going support to technical delivery activities as required
- Provide project management support for the on-going management of the technical delivery plan
- Engage with the OHMPI Build Partner for on-going support and management of technical delivery activities
- Provide technical advice and insight into various design decisions
- Document supporting technical processes and procedures including seeding and maintenance
- Document data requirements and data sharing model with Trusted Sources
- Support on the development of functional requirements for Consumer Systems and Interfaces
- Support on engagement, planning, and delivery of roll-out to initial Consumer Systems from technical perspective
- Provide support to the Technical Work Stream Lead and Consumer Workstream Leads on delivery activities as they arise
- Participate in technical working sessions as required
- Provide technical input the Project Business team as required
Experience
- 5+ years working in related areas, ideally in health
- Project Management
- Data migrations
- ICT system implementation, ideally using Oracle OHMPI
- ICT system review and strategy development
- ICT development and maintenance
- Business process and workflow mapping
- Public sector delivery
