Payer/Managed Markets Senior Creative Director Needed!Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with an art partner and account teams to develop ideas and strategies
- Meet clients' needs within established time frames
- Develop copy in multiple therapeutic categories from draft stage to finished product
- Work closely with new business teams to engage potential clients
- Oversee and distribute work of less experienced copywriters
- Regularly research trends in the managed markets industry
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of ad agency experience in managed markets
- Solid copywriting background with a portfolio to demonstrate the ability to translate scientific data and information into strategic marketing messaging and content
- Acumen to write in multiple disease states and therapeutic categories
- Ability to work on multiple projects and successfully interact with the team
- Strong hold on the managed markets industry, specifically the payer audience (Employers, Commercial Plans, Medicare, Medicaid, Long Term Care)
- Ability to gain a thorough understanding of the assigned brands, indications, therapeutic implications and competition
- Bachelor's degree in biology/science-related discipline, medical writing or pharmaceutical or healthcare business
