My large Financial Services client are currently recruiting for a Programme Director. We are looking for someone with all the usual PM disciplines that you would expect of someone at this level; stakeholder management and communication to senior stakeholders both formally and informally, ability to control and contain scope to safeguard delivery and strong ability to lead and direct Business and IT Project Managers on a day-to-day basis.
You should have very strong Peoplesoft Implementation experience and experience of successfully delivering a multi £M programme. Peoplesoft Global payroll implementation experience is a must.
This programme will deliver a number of Peoplesoft modules in the UK, including Payroll.
The scope of the programme covers multiple operating companies and approximately 11,000 staff based in numerous UK locations.
This role will have reporting to them IT Project Managers, Business Project Managers and a third party implementation partner.
