Tasks & Responsibilities:
-Time & quality management of all deliveries by the multiple independent program streams and delivery teams
-Financial controlling of the program
-Communication - program internally as well as externally to all type of stakeholders
Skill Required :
-2-3 years of project related experience in a project management or PMO role with similar tasks
-Experience working with Global Virtual teams
-Experience using MS Office products and tools for project scheduling
-Structured approach and task management (ability to handle multiple incoming requests without dropping anything), flexible and transparent with workload and tasks, self-organized and detail oriented
-University Degree or equivalent education (Engineering, Management or Computer science preferred)
-Service-oriented mind-set
-Ability to work autonomously
-Ability to work / communicate effectively in English speaking business environment (business fluent in speaking and writing), additional languages are an asset
-Team Player and flexible to cover different time zones in Europe and EEMEA
Nice to Have:
-experience with PMM and with the tools involved for maintaining a project (Perform, Clarity, Project Library, etc.) is a big plus
-Certification in PMP/Prince2
