Job Description:
- Support the project manager during deep dive sessions, eliciting comprehensive information around business process flows during workshops and documenting/mapping them in Visio, facilitating conversations by asking probing questions on process, providing gap analysis on workflows and track open questions/actions.
- Support the PM in putting together project status reports, meeting minutes, and other documentation as needed.
- Comfortable in soliciting information in a large group, driving conversations, controlling spin, and packaging information for leadership.
Top Daily Responsibilities:
- Document identified workflows in Visio, track gaps and manager version control
- Support project manager in facilitation of meetings, eliciting information through questioning
- Support the PM in creating meeting minutes, issue/tracking status and other project documentation
Required Education, Qualifications, and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 6 years' direct relevant experience
- Experience in health care Front End business process (registration/admitting/etc); experience in Hospital or Clinic environments with a focus on registration processes
- Strong Visio, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills to facilitate deep dive conversations
- Good facilitation skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to resolve problems without delay and/or to seek managerial intervention
- Ability to operate under stressful, time-sensitive deadlines
