I'm currently working on behalf of an International Retail Organization which operates 373 stores in 47 countries. They are continuously looking to expand their teams with top class professionals. They are now looking for a Project Manager.
Key Tasks:
Document SIPOCs for existing processes. Project lead the development of the after sales support needed for the upcoming technical range, along with related functions.
The main tasks in the assignment will be/a day at work will look like:
Document, find and collate information. Lead and drive the work forward, ensure a friction free implementation of an agreed support system.
Requirements:
- Business process knowledge.
- Documentation of working methods.
- Fluent in English is a pre-requisite.
- Ability to work with high level perspective as well as producing the work required.
- Leader qualities by leading by good example. Cost-conscious and highly collaborative and willingness to keep solutions simple yet fully functional.
