Senior Project Manager
The project concerns setting up the front line helpdesk support for our clients external vendors, moving them from the current flow via the internal Helpdesk to a fully partner based service. We need a person who can drive this initiative from a project management, vendor negotiation skills and/or purchasing external services experience. Change management. The scope of supported services is rather limited
Driving this change of support for external vendors
Lead this initative as project lead. Running stakeholder meetings, planning, information and communication.
Project management tools like MS Project/Excel or equivalent as well as well versed in Powerpoint.
Project management, vendor negotiation skills and/or purchasing external services experience.
