Senior Representative, Transaction Reporting
The role is to provide support to the Senior Associate and Team Manager and completing daily checks and processes that seek to validate that MIFID Transaction Reports are complete, timely and accurate.
provides quality client service and support to clients on a daily basis, including phone interaction, more complex problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner.
Responsible for the daily processing of MiFID Transaction Reporting.
Completion of daily task list.
- Monitoring of report rejections.
- Query resolution.
- Production of management information.
- Monitoring of client and counterparty identification data including new firm set up.
- FCA and CBI Report Sampling.
- Internal Sample Testing.
- Reconciliation of trades versus transactions reports.
- Dealing with internal and external clients in a professional manner.
- Production of TR sheets for input to UnaVista system.
- Assist in re-reporting and back-reporting exercises.
- Assist in testing of new developments
- Any other duties as required.
Skills:
MIFID/MIFIR experience ideally, reg reporting
Monitoring data, completion of daily transaction reporting tasks
Attention to detail, able to scrutinise large amounts of data
