We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to support their project in Philippines.

Position Title: Senior RF Engineer
Position Type: Fixed term contract

Responsibilities:
- This position is for an experienced RF planning & optimization senior engineer / expert to provide advanced RNP & RNO project support on the worldwide wireless projects.
- Support Radio network planning & Optimization projects of GSM / CDMA2000+EVDO / UMTS+HSPA / WiMAX all over the world.
- Provide Radio Coverage & Capacity Dimensioning, RF planning and Optimization, E2E optimization (KPIs), performance monitoring, Site engineering, Network audit, etc.
- Support performance KPI negotiating with operators before or during project implementation.
- Participate in the preliminary or final radio performance acceptance procedure for worldwide projects.
- Communicate with the high level customers such as Project Managers, RF Managers, CTO's, CEO's, etc.
- Act as a team leader to assist PM with RF team organization setup, resource planning and tasks allocation; to setup RF work processes and supervise project RF part, ensure the network performance complies with contract.
- Write guidelines for radio network planning & optimization projects.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related area.
- Minimum 10 years of RF planning & optimization engineering experience.
- Familiar/excellent in the fundamentals of GSM, CDMA2000+EVDO, UMTS+HSPA or WiMAX systems.
- Familiar with / excellent in multi vendors’ wireless equipment operation and wireless network optimization.
- Team Leader experience on RNP & RNO projects, familiar with Technical Management and Project Management.
- Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Tools experience for RF planning, propagation models, RF optimization, protocol analysis, etc.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced changing and experience working with cross-cultural teams would be desirable.
- Good written and spoken English, fluent in Filipino languages.
