10+ years experience.
Must have good experience in Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational management (OM), Employee-Self Service (ESS), Manager Self-Service (MSS), Interfaces and Process and forms.
Preferred experience in SuccessFactors modules like LMS, PMGM or others - implementation and support.
Must have worked in the position of Solution architect .Should have in-depth knowledge and experience of SAP HCM.
Experience on ESS/MSS standard and custom functionalities.
Good to have knowledge on webdynpro and Process & Forms.
Preferred Experience in SAP ILM module for HR related scenarios.
Able to work independently on the relevant module.
Very good Communication skills in English. Norwegian language is a plus.
Should be able to confidently communicate with other team members, clients, and vendors.
Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments
Familiar with the ITIL processes on Incidence management, Change management, Problem Management & service requests. Should have experience in working with onsite/Offshore model.
