Description
Help shape an S/4HANA program from day one. Our client, an established manufacturer in the consumer goods sector in Bavaria, is looking for a senior transformation advisor.” You’ll act as a sparring partner to the programme leadership and the newly formed SAP project team.
- Start: November 26'
- Location: Remote
- Capacity: 1-2 days per week
- Duration: 6+ months, with the option to extend
- Language: German (fluent) and English
Tasks
- Act as a sparring partner to the programme lead and management on the S/4HANA strategy
- Advise on the decision between brownfield, greenfield and selective data transition, including the pros, cons and risks of each
- Shape the programme setup, governance and roadmap, and identify the skills the team will need
- Help assess what can be delivered in-house and where external support is needed
- Challenge the plan and share lessons learned from comparable S/4HANA transformations
Key skills
- 15+ years in SAP, with several end-to-end S/4HANA transformations in a leadership or advisory role
- Solid experience with brownfield and greenfield approaches, SAP Activate, and programme governance
- Confident working with C-level and steering committee stakeholders
- Experience with master data and process harmonisation is a plus
