Overview

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Scala Developer to join a major public sector programme supporting the delivery and enhancement of critical live services. Working within a collaborative Agile environment, you will contribute to the development, maintenance and improvement of scalable applications while helping to deliver high-quality digital services. Candidates with previous public sector experience, particularly within revenue, taxation or large-scale government environments, will be highly regarded.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience developing applications using Scala.
• Experience working within Agile software delivery environments.
• Ability to develop, maintain and support high-quality production systems.
• Active SC clearance or eligibility to obtain clearance.

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience within large public sector or government programmes.
• Experience supporting live service environments.
• Previous experience working with revenue, taxation or related government services.
