THE ROLE
The role will be focused on supporting the clients Service Now platform at the deskside level. The candidate must have an excellent knowledge and understand of Service Now in-particular regarding the building of reports. You should also have a good knowledge of the Windows Stack including both windows 7 and 10. Finally the candidate must have excellent stakeholder management skills as you will be dealing with senior members of staff.
