For our telecommunication customer we are currently looking for a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect (f/m/d) and a Senior Fullstack ServiceNow Developer (f/m/d) for an end customer project.Duration: 06.05.2024 - 31.12.2024 (Full-time, 1280 hours each)
Completely remote.

Tasks/ Skills:
a) Project task description Senior ServiceNow Solution Architekt:
Extend ServiceNow standard product “Telecommunications Service Management” with TMF APIs like:
- Telecom Management Forum APIs:
- Order Management API TMF-622
- Inventory Management API TMF-637
- Catalog Management API TMF-620
- Bundling of products
- Defining and maintaining the data architecture roadmap , offering advice and guidance to business stakeholders.
- Ensure that data architect solutions align with business requirements and data policies and regulations.
- Translate business requirements into data models that are easy to understand and used by different subject areas.
- Design, implement and build data models and pipelines that deliver data with measurable quality
b) Skills/Requirements Senior ServiceNow Solution Architekt:
- ServiceNow standard product Telecommunications Service Management
- ServiceNow Solution Architectures
- Experience with API design and implementation using:
- GraphQL
- gRPC
- RESTful services
- English (must have)
- German (nice to have)
c) Project task description Senior Fullstack ServiceNow Developer:
Extend ServiceNow standard product “Telecommunications Service Management” with TMF APIs like:
Telecom Management Forum APIs:
- Order Management API TMF-622
- Inventory Management API TMF-637
- Catalog Management API TMF-620
- Bundling of products
- Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)
- Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality
- Experience with API design and implementation using GraphQL, gRPC, RESTful services
