SOX IT Project Manager - Dublin - Contract - 3/6 months
The SOx IT Project Manager will be responsible for:
- End-to-end project management of tasks, including: project scope, schedule, budget, quality and compliance to achieve business requirements and identified project impact.
- Building strong engagement with the Group Head of Internal Controls to define the SOx IT scope, develop the IT delivery roadmap, and identify the required IT budget to support the delivery of the work stream.
- Working with internal and external IT development teams to design, prioritise and schedule the delivery of in-scope IT developments across various ERP platforms, SharePoint systems, and Saas solutions.
- Identifying, escalating and addressing key issues and risks that may impact the successful delivery of the SOx IT work stream.
- Reporting on the status and progress of the IT work stream to the SOx Steering Committee.
- Working with internal and external audit to ensure compliance standards are met.
- Certified Project Management Professional.
- 10+ years' experience as project/program manager, including experience working with SDLC methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage highly complex, cross-functional projects through to successful completion within established timeframes and budget.
- Previous experience delivering projects related to SAP Security, Authorisations, GRC, SOX, SOD.
- Experience in defining and documenting IT Controls.
- Experience managing multi-site, global projects.
