Senior First (1st) Support Technician, York, £30000I am recruiting a Senior First Line Support Technician to join a software company based inYork. My client needs a support specialist to be responsible for the management of all customer issues through their web-based support portal. You will also have the opportunity to deliver training alongside and so any experience of training staff would be advantageous.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Support Technician to join a growing company at an exciting time. Their client base is growing rapidly and they are going through a range of large-scale development projects as they grow their market share in 2013 & 2014.
The successful Support Technician needs:
2 years + experience in Customer Critical Situation Management.
2 years + experience in Customer Technical Support Operations (in Enterprise Software).
Excellent communication skills
Ability to priorities your work effectively
Ensuring SLA response & meeting quality targets.
