Sr. System Testing Analyst
Columbia, SC
1 year+ contract

Responsibilities:
- Actively participates in leading, developing and executing Test Matrices in the WMS/DMS testing group for efforts involving large numbers of customers.
- Analyzes functional requirements to determine software application testing requirements.
- Coordinates system testing and production implementation verification with I/S staff and Customer Testers.
- Assists with test planning and execution as needed. Oversees testing walkthroughs and JADS.
- Reviews I/S test results prior to customer testing.
- Ensures a complete testing Matrix is in place by tracing requirements to test cases.
- Actively participates in the development of Test Plans, Defect Management oversight and facilitates effective communication with the customer during system and quality testing.
Required Skills:
- Seven years of overall IT experience
- Able to write complex test cases and test scripts
Systems: Work Flow Management, CM8, CMOD, CaptureIt, VerifyIt applications.
Primary Working Relationships: Other I/S teams - RSET, PMO, Client, BSA, Development areas and our customer testers/management.
Breakdown of Responsibilities:
- 40% Complete supportive administrative and lead activities such as attending sessions with customers, planning and disbursing projects to team members, completing reports and developing processes.
- 30% Provide service for multiple clients, including onsite service where needed. Facilitate and lead meetings with customers to understand and resolve technical issues.
- 30% Define and analyze quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results, and test status. Lead process improvement initiatives related to testing methodologies and techniques. Make recommendations to clients on how to improve operational workflows.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or job-related degree or 4 years equivalent job related experience or 4 years combined job related education & experience
