As a Senior Tactical Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our procurement strategies and ensuring that we secure the best value while adhering to our stringent policies and standards.
**Role Overview:**
As a Senior Tactical Buyer, you will act as a key Procurement Business Partner, closely collaborating with Category Sourcing Managers and internal stakeholders to capture requirements, identify opportunities, and deliver value in alignment with our strategic objectives. Your focus will be on competitive bidding for various projects, requiring a clear understanding of complex processes and the ability to act decisively and compliantly under pressure.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead procurement activities for local and transversal projects, spanning categories such as Insurances, Capex, Transport & Logistics, Car Parts, and Technical Goods & Services.
- Engage in effective stakeholder management and build strong relationships with various internal departments.
- Oversee Sourcing to Contract processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with legal and ESG standards.
- Address and manage procurement-related complaints and claims, maintaining a constructive and solution-oriented approach.
- Offer operational support and troubleshoot critical procurement issues as needed.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
**Must-Have:**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with a preference for procurement-specific education.
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Advanced skills in project management, time management, and a result-driven approach.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in synthesizing complex information.
- Leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to lead by example in a commercial environment.
**Added Value Skills:**
- Experience in IT project management and an understanding of technical goods and services procurement.
