We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a
Senior Tax Manager, to join their business in Bucharest.

Responsibilities:
- Perform tax forecast, estimations, analysis, management and planning;
- Manage efficiently the tax reporting and organize quarterly and annual income tax provisions;
- Implement the tax plan, in order to meet the business tax objectives;
- Responsible of tax (VAT/CIT) claim and the tax asset & liability;
- Oversee the completion of accurate tax returns and provide customized solutions;
- Keep track and status of each input, identify matters that may arise in tax dealings;
- Execute sound communications with business departments, internal related parties and tax authorities;
- Accounting & reconciling income tax payments;
- Ensure the accuracy of documents and offer solutions to pressing tax problems;
- Investigating new tax laws and developments;
- Record keeping of foreign income tax filings;
- Ensure the tax and audit compliance.

Qualification
- 7+ years work experience required with relevant VAT&CIT expertise;
- Solid academic background;
- Strong background and expertise in accounting and tax laws and regulations, including IFRS and GAAP;
- 5+ years tax experience working experience in an international, multicultural environment or TOP 4 accounting firm;
- Proven record for service excellence and strong communicator;
- Organized, a self-starter and an enthusiastic team player;
- Relationship management skills with ability to manage high expectations;
- Advanced English knowledge;
