Cutting edge Technology client with a focus in Real Time, phonetic based fraud detection. They have an urgent need for a Senior Technology Recruiter.
Responsible to find and actively participate in industry networking/sourcing communities (including universities) to leverage connections to recruit for current and future opportunities
Responsible to deliver effective tools for assessment and selection of qualified candidates.
Responsible to develop and track all metrics with respect to recruitment. This includes tracking applicant flow as well as the development of expanded reporting against the industry regarding cost per hire, time to fill, volume analysis, and diversity.
Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruiting in a wide range of functional areas including, but not limited to: Solutions Architecture and Engineering (both infrastructure and network), Project and Program Management, Operations, Datawarehouse/Business Intelligence, Quality assurance, Software Development and more. Technology staffing experience a must
Experience working in a staffing agency environment is strongly preferred
Must have negotiation, interpersonal, organizational, and influencing skills with a strong sense of customer service
Ability to deliver results with little supervision and to effectively manage multiple candidates simultaneously
Must be flexible and adaptable
Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all organizational levels
Excellent presentation and problem solving skills
Results oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
