Senior & Junior Java Developers - 12Mth Contracts
My Client is an internationally recognised software company based in Galway, Ireland.
Two JAVA Engineers are required to build upon an excisting development team within their Service Centre. Both a Senior and Junior profile is required.
As a developer within the team you will work out individual solutions together with partners and customers.
Technical Skills required will include:
- Must have 3+ years Programming Experience in Java, other programming languages eg C/C++ is a plus
- A second European language would be an advantage but not essential
- Previous experience in software design (and architecture for the Senior position)
- Bachelor degree or above in Commercial Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Fluent English, written and oral
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Business process and ERP application knowledge are a plus
- Database, XML, OOP knowledge is a plus
- Work experience in the area of ERP systems, software development and business processes is a plus but not a must
