Workplace solution oriented Senior UX-Consultant UX
1/Context:
support the One Workplace program, aims at providing each employee with first-class Digital Workplace experience and a more collaborative, connected, easy (self-service), and secure way of work, from anywhere in the world.
Our program is based on two pillars:
One Collaboration platform provides a common meeting experience which allows for collaborative teamwork and document sharing, they use MS Team.
One Device Management Platform enables all data or software to work across a range of devices, be they MAC, Windows or Mobile, thanks to the new modern devices management capabilities.
2/Services:
• Spreading Digital Workplace use cases and best practices to all entities,
• Empowering CIO teams in the entities with tools and materials to foster adoption of Digital Workplace products,
• Providing them with up-to-date and accurate information regarding products' latest features and improved capabilities
• Keeping connection to peers through regular networking and experience sharing while discussing about your priorities
3/Deliverables:
The consultant to take in charge:
• the One Workplace Experience website maintenance (structure, new articles or evolution of existing pages, feedback loop with PM Services, as well as with the entities
• the animation of other interaction channels with the entities, such as Workplace Global Community (850+ members)
• reporting on the consultation/use of those channels
The mission may be on-boarded progressively with other activities such as:
• Improvement and evolution of the reference channels
• Intervention in the monthly Adoption network meet-ups
• Intervention in the quarterly Entities Digital Workplace sounding board
• Interviews with Stakeholders / CIO teams to assess how they perceive and reuse the material and products we provide them with
• Internal workshops with Products PM Services & Program PM Services.
• NPS survey (organization, analysis, debrief, improvement plans,…)
