Your tasks:
- Conceptualize service processes and interactions based on brand strategy, newest technology/business trends, and customer expectations
- Communicate service concepts in visually appealing and informative blueprints
- Think holistically considering each service detail thoughtfully
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support different stakeholders with UX design expertise
- Specify the service touchpoints for experts who will implement them
Your qualifications
- Creative approach in inventing and designing outstanding user experiences and a set of strong and confident visualisation skills from pen to pixel
- Confidence in defining, documenting and communicating state of the art end-to-end user experiences
- Strong technical skills and enthusiasm to continue learning new methods and skills
- Practical experience in application of UX design methods (e. g. Competitor Benchmark, Stakeholder Map, Personas, Customer Journey, Service Blueprint, System Map, Wireframes, User Stories, Experience Flows, etc.)
- Enthusiasm for current trends and discussions in service design practice and how technology advancements affect everyday life.
- Reflective critical assessment of tools and methods to achieve the project goals successfully
- Very Good spoken and written German and English language skills
