Senior Workforce Advisor
The successful candidate will provide professional Human Resources (HR) support, advice and guidance services to managers and employees of the organisation. Duties will include assisting managers where needed on all areas of HR including conduct, work performance and sickness absence issues and to support line managers in developing the organisation as a "great employer" by helping to develop a team culture by building on leadership and management capability.
