Service Assurance Manager BANKING
East Midlands
UP TO £400 per day (Dependent on experience)
6 months initial
You must hold:
- Extensive Service Assurance Management experience within Financial Services
- Minimum Certification in ITIL V3 Foundation Certification in IT Service Management
- Knowledge of problem, change and release management processes
- Extensive experience in Incident Management
- Experience in root cause analysis and problem management
- Hands-on approach with exceptional strong stakeholder management skills
- Exemplary communication skills, written and verbal
