My client is a leading property management business with an enviable mixed use portfolio. They are looking for an experienced Service Charge Accountant to join them on a rolling contract during a time of change.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Preparing Year End annual service charge accounts
Calculating tenant payments on accounts
Resolving service charge enquiries Maintenance of service charge information on the system
Bank account reconciliations and Query resolution
The successful candidate will be a highly experienced Service Charge Accountant who has a demonstrable track record of providing excellent service within the property sector. Ideally you will be a qualified accountant. You will be an excellent communicator both orally and verbally and be used to high level interaction across the business.
