Service Delivery Manager, IT Service, 3 month contract, Halifax, Financial Services, Life & Pensions
As a Service Delivery Manager you will be accountable for the overall availability of the system and ensuring service expectations are met, alongside qualitative communication to business both Real Time and with subsequent updates. You will also facilitate and organise a qualitative service review with operational contacts, partners and supply lines that demonstrates service controls and takes a proactive view of service.
Essential Requirements/Experience:
- Life & Pensions OR Financial Experience (Preferred)
- ITIL or equivalent
- Effective Stakeholder Management
- Experience of managing IT service to ensure key KPI's are met
- Customer Management
- Problem Management
- Conflict Handling
- Incident Management
- Workshop Facilitation
