Exciting new Service Delivery Solution Support position to work for a market leading Online Gaming company in Gibraltar.This role is responsible for the delivery of a world-class service to our customers by ensuring mission critical environments and services, used by internal departments for providing applications and content to production servers, meet SLA uptimes, with real-time monitoring and effective reporting through maintaining professional supplier relationships and product portfolio management, following best practises at all times.
Our client are looking to recruit an experienced Solutions Support to provide a professional and high quality support service. The Solutions Support will be responsible for the liaising with 3rd Party suppliers, ensuring uptime of environment meets SLA, best practices are followed, but not limited to, for Security and Sever Administration. Document fully the current environment and introduce Change Control and Release Management following ITIL.
Working closely with our clients technology partners and stakeholders you will manage incidents and problems, providing regular communications to the business as per SLAs. You will have acute troubleshooting ability and excellent relationship building skills to ensure quality and consistency of service.
Skills & Experience:
· Knowledge of web based systems infrastructure and e-applications
· Network infrastructure knowledge, firewalls & F5.
· Linux Administration
· Jira Administration
· VMware
· NOC Monitoring (HP Monitoring Software)
· Backups
· Management of 3rd Party Suppliers of critical services.
· PHP knowledge.
· Knowledge of ITIL concepts and framework
· Good understanding of mission critical trading applications and technologies
· Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
· Good relationship and interpersonal skills
· A flexible approach to working hours is required Previous experience in the eGaming industry
