A large IT Managed Service Provider requires an experienced Service Design Consultant on a 3 month rolling contract basis to work with their end client, a leading Telecommunications business. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to deliver new technology to the business whilst also continuing to deliver excellent service.
Skills and experience required:
- Proven recent Service Designer experience
- Telecommunication Sector experience
- Able to translate requirements to a deliverable service model
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner to all levels of stakeholder
