T4S Solutions are currently looking for a Service Desk Agent to work in Belgium on a 6 month extendable contract
Role Summary:
First line support for all areas in scope of the Service Desk
SPOC for IT users on day - day basis
Call handling
Log and update incident/requests tickets
Handle incidents and requests as defined within Service Desk SLA'S
Experience Required:
Working knowledge of a Service Desk and support organisation
Functional knowledge of IT support tools and reporting
Familiar with the fundamentals of IT Service Management and SLA'S
Excellent spoken and written skills
Strong customer/end-user orientation
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems: XP,7
Basic knowledge of networking, Servers, printer management and Active Directory
Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Education:
Strong affinity with IT evolutions
ITIL v3 Foundations certified is a plus
