Ihre Aufgaben:
- Providing phone and email support to internal customers in a professional manner
- Logging, diagnosing and resolving 1st and 2nd level cases according to Standard Operating Procedures and keeping process and checklist documentation up to date is also part of the position
- Involving in the collaboration with internal engineering teams as well as external partners
- Responsible to follow-up delegated cases and ensure they are resolved
Ihre Qualifikation
- You have a Swiss CFC/EFZ or equivalent strong experience as a Service Desk Agent or 1st Level Engineer
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite ) and Windows operating systems (XP, 7) is required
- Good knowledge of other environments (Apple), conferencing (Cisco, Tandberg, Polycom) and ticketing systems (especially OTRS) is a plus
- Perfect level of French or German, you have excellent knowledge of the other and are fluent in English
