I am looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst for one of my public sector client.

  • Job Title: Service Desk Analyst
  • Job Location: Hellesdon Hospital Norwich
  • Duration: 3 months initially with possibility of extension
  • Daily Pay Rate: £102 per day
  • IR 35 Status: In Side

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Knowledge of Word, Excel & Powerpoint useful, as is basic copy & audio typing & minute taking.
  • Must have excellent data inputting skills and customer service skills - both face-to-face and via telephone.
  • Excellent knowledge of data protection required along with the ability to work well on own as well as in a team.
