Description

I have an exciting opportunity for a German speaking L1 Service Desk Analyst to work on a 6 month rolling contract (based on performance) in the heart of Budapest, Hungary.

The Service Desk Analysts will provide 1st Level multilingual application, network, server and device support for an international customer.

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be required to be skilled within the following:

Prior experience in Call Center & IT Help Desk/IT Support environment

Functional (How to) understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems (Control Panel, Command Prompt, Network and Sharing Center, Internet Explorer)

Functional (How to) understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Fluent or Native German is a must
