A well-known organisation based in West Sussex is currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to come and join their IT team for an initial 6 month contract.
You/Service Desk Analyst will be the first point of contact for all business IT incidents via their service management tool Freshservice as well as emails, telephone & walk ins. You/Service Desk Analyst would ideally have experience with Freshservice or other service management tools.

Customer Service Skills
The successful candidate/you/Service Desk Analyst will have had previous experience as a Service Desk Analyst, worked with Google, Freshservice, Office 2010 and windows 10.
