My client is currently hiring for a Service Desk Analyst to come and join their technical Service Desk team and resolve issues from a 1st to 2nd Line perspective. The client is based in South West London and this would be an exciting time to join, as their organisation is going through a restructure.

Cisco basic protocols
Daily duties will be to sit with the Service Desk team and resolve issues remotely to the best ability from a 1st Line and 2nd Line perspective. User will come up to the Service Desk from time to time, however, most of the work will be done remotely.
