Service Desk Analyst with 1 year Microsoft technology experience required for 1st level support at our client in Valencia.
Job Description:
Responsible for the collection, recording, resolution of Tier 1 level, escalation and closure of incidents and service requests. You will also be responsible for the monitoring of the corporate ICT infrastructure.
The service desk works on a 24x7 basis. The successful candidate will be required to work on shifts, including nights and weekends. On-Call is also required.
Skills/Experience
12 months experience required in Microsoft technologies:
Mandatory:
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- VMWARE
Desirable:
- SQL Server
- Sharepoint
LANGUAGES
- English: intermediate (level B2) is Mandatory
