2x 1st line Service Desk Analysts, Basingstoke, 3- 6 Month ContractType: 3- 6 Month Contract
Rate: £90 - £110 per day
Location: Basingstoke
Start Date: Immediate Start
An exciting opportunity for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst with experience with Microsoft technologies including Windows 7, Active Directory, Exchange,Sharepoint.
Providing 1st Line technical phone support to my Client's Customer base. Problem solving, tracking and support of detailed problems, resolving issues and escalating to relevant personnel when needed.

You will be responsible for ensuring that operations are kept to a high standard ensuring all problems are dealt with fast and efficiently
Key Skills:
- Microsoft Technologies ( Active Directory, Exchange, Windows7)
- Windows Operating System proficiency
- Experience with Encryption, Mkafee, BPM, Email
- Multi-lingual skills
- Strong customer relations
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Multi-task capable with strong time management
Day to day activities will include:
- Answering between 30-40 calls per day
- Responding to Emails providing solutions to customers
- Liaising with the Team to help in productivity
You will have a good working history within 1st Line Support. Having worked within a busy environment previously demonstrating the ability to multi task.
You will be 100% dedicated to the role, demonstrating your commitment to the Company.
