An exciting opportunity arises for an experienced and talented Service Desk Engineer to join a global bank based in the City of London. The person we are searching for will have financial services experience.
Essential Requirements:
- Service Now
- ITSM
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar IT support role.
- Strong skills and demonstrable experience in using and supporting Windows and Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of networking concepts.
- Knowledge of Apple iOS devices.
- CompTIA A+ or MCDST Certifications
