Description
Leading Managed Services organisation based on the Northern Beaches require a Service Desk Analyst for a newly created contract role.
You will be responsible for providing high quality first and second level technical support to external customers. This is through answering a high volume of telephone calls and responding to emails, handling the resulting incidents or service requests using the incident management and request fulfilment processes.
To be considered for this role you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to demonstrate two to three years experience:
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows platform.
- Experience with MS Office suite
- Active Directory and Exchange
- Demonstrable superior diagnostic skills
- Strong and well developed customer service skills.
- Ability to approach and solve incidents and problems logically and methodically
This is a contract role for an initial six month period with further extensions. Due to the location of the organisation you will be required to own a vehicle and hold a current drivers license.
