We have the immediate requirement for a Service Desk Manager with experience turning around failing multisite Service Desks.
Manage and turnaround a failing It Service Desk for a law Firm
700 Users
Multiple Sites - Dublin 550- - Belfast 100- Rest of the FTE across sites satellite offices in Singapore/Cayman Islands
Managing a direct Team of 7 FTE.
The role is to turnaround a failing desk/Management of the People/Improving Process/Governance/Stats/Data.
Experience in a legal environment is desirable not essential.
