Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:Total 5+ years on IT Services and atleast 3+ years in service desk and end user computing. Required in Poland
• German language B2 level proficiency is must and bilingual with English is an advantage.
• Knowledge in MS office and basic knowledge on operating system (Windows), laptop and desktop remote support
• Should possess basic knowledge on ITSM tool and remote support tools.
• Good written and communication skills in German language
• Good in customer handling with empathy
