Service Desk Support,
Dublin City Centre,
Daily Rate - Dependant on experience
The role:
Our client, a large multinational IT consultancy company are currently seeking an experienced service desk support specialist to join their operations onsite in Dublin City Centre. This is a 3-6 month contract, and is paid on a daily rate basis.
The role is a mix between level 1 incident capture, diagnosis, escalation for all IT issues as well as providing hands on support including activities such as desktop and laptop builds as required.
The candidate:
The successful candidate should have a strong solutions background in both technical support and technical administration, experience of supporting technical incidents on Windows environments (XP/W7) and should experience and ability to work to strict SLA's and KPI's.
Experience:
Software - Microsoft Win2k/XP, Office , SharePoint , Mobile Technologies, Anti Virus, Lotus Notes.
Hardware - Desktops, Laptop and Printer.
Previous experience of Technical Support.
