Service Desk Support (Network, Applications, Windows)

My Client is a leading Insurance company with offices globally. They are looking for a well established IT professional to provide an effective, capable & responsive desk-side services & support function, tailored to the specific requirements of the business and its business partners, across the Italy, Spain & Sweden Offices.

Essential experience for the successful Desk side support analyst:

*Good understanding and background of Network, Application and Desk side technologies.
*MS Windows (Windows 7 & 10) keep up to speed with latest versions
*Microsoft Office 2007 and 2010 including Project, Visio and Access.
*SCCM/AppV
*VMWare/RDP/VDI
*Citrix
*Industry standard protocols.
*iPhones & other Smart devices.
*Dell Hardware

Skills

*Excellent customer service skills.
*Ability to manage and resolve conflict.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Able to proactively manage customer expectations whilst ensuring IT Process is followed.
*Able to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
*Flexible (eg travel, hours).
*Fluent in Italian and English, Spanish & Swedish desirable.
*Experience within financial services, preferably commercial insurance and/or reinsurance.
*Previous Desk-side support experience.
*Experience of working with outsourced service partners.
*Experience of working to project deadlines.
