Interface / Service Manager – Network OperationsLocation: Remote 90%+ (Monthly/Quarterly travel across Germany)

Utilisation: 5 Days Per week
Managing the whole NW-Service management team which is responsible for network operations all over EMEA excl. Germany. Steering and coordinating the team in case of escalations, clarifications or handling topics between the senior management and the BAU teams who are working in direct contact with the customer. Also being the interface company internal between the different teams who are working on the largest infrastructure project in the world.
Skills –
• Networking expertise – excellent technical background in SDWAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, Network security, Wintel, Storage technologies.
• Service / Interface management – 10+ years experience in a similar role, managing international teams and stakeholders.
