Description

Service Introduction Manager, with previous experience, is now required to join our client in Dublin

*Work with Service Introduction to ensure that all Service Acceptance Criteria are met.
*Work with Application Operations and the BI Application Support Team to ensure the team is ready to support the platform in production. Finalise AS Managed Service requirements.
*Act as caretaker manage for AS team in advance of full and final handover to App Ops
*Work with Teradata Managed Service Teams, Application Operations and Infrastructure Operations to ensure the team is ready to support the platform in production.
*Ensure that all required access is in place and operational prior to go live.
*Refine and ratify BI Service Model with Technology Services. Agree post go-live reporting structures and validate by making this operational during pre go-live Business Pilot.
*Refine and ratify BI SLRs/SLA with Technology Services and validate by demonstrating operational adherence during pre go-live Business Pilot.
*Engage with all Technology Services stakeholders to ensure Service Acceptance Criteria sign off in advance of go-live. Stakeholders include: ADS, Application Operations, Infrastructure Operations, IT Security, IT Assurance, Service Design, Service Measurement, Software Asset Management, SA&I, Service Control, Service Desk (IBM), Service Introduction, Release & Deployment
*Manage RFS requirements for programme; ensure cover is provided to IBM that ensures they can carry out any work to be completed in advance of go-live.
*Plan any infrastructure upgrades that need to happen in advance of go live.
*Manage IBM and 3rd party vendors (Teradata/Informatica); coordinate activates when necessary
*Arrange site access if required in advance of go-live; ensure access is approved and any necessary change cover is approved at CAB.
*Ensure IBM transition all Servers into production - track progress with assigned IBM PM
*Ensure all relevant ITGCs pertaining to IBM are accepted by them.
*Ensure all production UAM for both business and support is in place and that all dev accounts are removed from Production/Pre Production environment in advance of go-live
*Ensure all privileged credentials have been handed to over to agreed (with IT Assurance) parties for management
