Service Management ITIL.
The Service Management consultant will provide pragmatic and hands-on consultancy on how to set up Service Management within the Customer organization.
The Service Management Consultant will be in charge of the following
- Coaching the Service Management Team re the implementation of ITIL Service Management
- Develop a Service Catalogue
- Develop SLA Framework for one business line
- Develop implementation plan of Service Management after end of mission The Service Management Consultant needs to be skilled on the following
- Good practical knowledge of ITIL Service Management;
- Able to translate the theory towards the needs, context and maturity of the organization;
- Proven experience in implementation of service management in a large and complex environment;
- Experience with developing a Service Catalogue;
- Client driven and solution minded;
- Pragmatic
This is a 3 months renewable contract based in Brussels.
